12.00 PM – Start with lunch

In this phase we go directly to the core of your problem in a short time.

What triggers you, which coping styles did you use and what needs are underneath this problem?

Which behavior patterns do you recognize by yourself?

What are your beliefs about yourself, your direct environment, and the society?

What are your expectations?

Is your problem inside your circle of influence or outside your circle?

This phase will give you some important answers.

Step 3: Make better choices

08:00 AM – Breakfast

Now is the time to put your insights into practice.

We process what needs to be processed to be able to make that change.

What feasible steps can you take to achieve new behavioral change?

We discuss how you can also involve your environment.

Step 4: A lifetime change

12:00 PM – Lunch

You have now the knowledge and tools to move on to the next level in life.

In this last step we discuss how you can make sure that you do not fall back into old patterns and habits.

You will finish this session with a clear mind and have faith to continue this new journey.
